The Pacific Warriors overcame a lot of adversity just to make it to the game in Keller,
TX. The best laid travel plans of WFA teams often go awry. However, they pulled together
as a team to take on the Mustangs. It was quite obvious from the opening kickoff why the
Pacific Warriors and Mustangs were in the playoffs. There was a lot of hard hitting and
tough battles happening on every play. While injuries were minimal, it is certain that the
bumps and bruises from this game will be visible for the next two weeks.

The Mustangs continued their stingy ways on the Black Shirt Defense holding the
Pacific Warriors well below their average 30 points per game through the regular season.
It took a great team effort on the part of the Mustangs as the Pacific Warriors brought a
huge offensive line and excellent running back to do battle.

The Mustangs Nasty Offense also continued its normal ways by posting 38 points
against the Warriors. The Mustangs showed their diversity by playing with both speed and
power on the ground and an effective air attack.

The Mustangs look forward to another great playoff game against the Iowa Thunder!
