Beginnings

Dfwfootball began in January of 2009. With the vision of Todd E. Jones, the website launched hoping to cover “all dfw, all football.” We began by covering semi-pro football and was successful at bringing to the online media platform, the world of the purist football where players truly play for “the love of the game.”

Dfwfootball expanded in late 2010 adding three additional writers to help carry the load. Jones continues to handle the senior editing duties as well as the occasional article. Dfwfootball is the ultimate in hyper-local, hyper-topical online media.
