Well, I have done it. I put together the first ever Metroplex Top 5. It is a top 5 ranking of the Dallas-Fort Worth area semi-pro teams. There are two leagues playing in the spring, the Texas United Football League and the National Minor League Football. There about 13 teams in the DFW area competing in those two leagues.
The rankings take in to account the win-loss percentage, number of wins, average offense per game and average defense per game. It really is difficult to consider strength of schedule, so that is not considered. Take them for what they are, a little bit of fun. We can get a sense of who the best teams in the area are.
What you see below is the ranking, the team, their record, the league in which the team competes and the accumulated points.
