Chargers Sign Three

Dallas, TX, Press Release, Dallas Chargers–When the Frisco Thunder of the Indoor Football League declared Bankruptcy the Dallas Chargers were able to sign Andre Morgan, John Rogers and Rod Richardson. Morgan played college football at Troy University and Rogers at A&M Commerce. Rod Richardson played for the Texas Wranglers of the TUFL last year and was as standout defensive tackle.

All three players had made the cuts for the Thunder and were awaiting camp. Morgan, Rodgers and Richardson are all products of the Garland ISD football programs and reside in Garland. The Chargers coaching staff has high expectations for these players.

In addition, the Chargers have acquired Don Mcgee as an assistant coach. Mcgee has a wealth of experience having played professional football with the Dallas Cowboys and Frisco Thunder. Mcgee played college football at UNT when they team won the New Orleans Bowl. Mcgee will be a great asset to the Chargers this season.
