Fort Worth Avengers to Hold Fun Run

The Fort Worth Avengers, a semi-prof football team, will be sponsoring a fun run. The fun run will be held at Cedar Hill State Park on January 24, 2009.
There will be a 1K and a 5K. The 1K will begin at 8:30 a.m while the 5K will begin at 9:00 a.m. All participants in the 1K run will receive a ticket to the Fort Worth Avengers opening day football game.
After the races, participants are invited to jump or waddle in to Joe Pool lake to “refresh.”
