Can Romo Lead Cowboys?

Jim Reeves of the Star-Telegram had an interesting article today about whether or not Tony Romo can grow and mature as a player, even as a leader. So the question for interaction, my great readers, is “Can Tony Romo be the leader that the Cowboys need him to be?” There sure seems to be an awful lot of questions about this recently. What do you think?
